To keep your Levant Board looking its best, hand wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately — never soak or put in the dishwasher. Once a month, rub with a little food-safe olive oil and leave overnight to nourish the wood. With the right care, this board will last a lifetime and develop a beautiful patina over time.
