Our promise
We want you to love everything you receive from Wild Olive Co. If something isn't right, we will do our best to make it right.

Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.

To start a return, email us at wildoliveco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Handmade variation
Please note that all our products are handmade. Natural variation in grain, colour and texture is not a fault — it is what makes each piece unique. We do not accept returns on the basis of natural variation that has been clearly described in the product listing.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, salt cellars, salt scoops and pinch bowls that have been used cannot be returned.
