Hand wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately — never soak or place in the dishwasher. Once a month, treat lightly with food-safe olive oil to keep the wood nourished and the finish protected. Your scoop will deepen in colour and develop a beautiful patina with regular use.

Olive trees along the Aegean coast have been pruned by hand for thousands of years. It is how the trees stay strong, how the fruit grows well, and how the groves pass from one generation to the next.

The wood from those pruned branches has always been too beautiful to waste. At Wild Olive Co., we work with craftspeople who take those offcuts — wood that would otherwise be burned or discarded — and shape them into pieces worthy of your home.

No trees are ever cut down. No forests are cleared. The Grove Collection is made from what the tree gives willingly, season after season.
